A professional wedding photographer has to anticipate that special moment that will come up.  Going into and out of the scene as needed is a must until the photographer feels that he/she caught the moment.  Unfortunately under certain circumstances, things can get out of hand pretty quickly.

The other important job that a photographer must do is protect those images at all costs.  Here is a great example of that from a quick thinking photographer (gentlemen in the black shirt).

Pictures of Eyjafjallajokull

These are incredible shots of the volcano (Eyjafjallajokull) eruption in Iceland that halted plane traffic in Europe for a week. It shows the beauty of how mother nature can be and also the dangers of not only having one in your backyard but how it can affect nearby countries. The farmers had to keep the farm animals inside a shelter just so that they wouldn’t eat the deadly ash off the ground.  The picture below is lightning striking the top of the volcano.

New 100-Dollar Bill

The treasury released a new hundred dollar bill that will help reduce counterfeiting it.    1996 was the last time the $100 bill was updated.

“This note incorporates the best technology available to ensure we’re staying ahead of counterfeiters,” Treasury Secretary  Tim Geithner said today.
